The second vintage of our custom red wine! Made as a nod to Beaujolais, this collaboration with Wild Arc Farm winemaker Todd Cavallo has us UBER excited about the capabilities of the DeChaunac and Marquette grapes. This is NY natural wine that satiates year-round.

The first vintage of our custom white wine! A collaboration with winemaker Nathan Kendall, this blend of Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, and Riesling is floral, with notes of honeysuckle, green apple baking spices, and is BONE dry.

Our second custom dry rose from the bomb diggity 2022 vintage, made in collaboration with master rose winemaker Peter Becraft, of Anthony Road Wine Company in the Finger Laker. This is mostly Blaufrankish with a little cab franc, you know for the kids….
